Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vastu Scanner AI offers a one-time ₹9 (INR) unlock for the Complete Vastu Report of a specific analysis. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply. If you prefer not to pay, you can always unlock the Complete Report for free by watching rewarded advertisements instead.

The Complete Report unlock is a digital product delivered instantly after successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and the content is consumed as soon as it is unlocked, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked.

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

• You were charged but the Complete Report failed to unlock due to a technical error on our side.
• You were charged more than once for the same report unlock (duplicate transaction).
• A verified unauthorized or fraudulent charge was made through your payment method.

• Change of mind after the report has already been unlocked and viewed.
• Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated suggestions. The analysis is informational guidance, not a guaranteed outcome, and free previews are available before purchase.
• Requests made after the report was successfully delivered.

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the transaction at varnima009@gmail.com with your payment reference / order ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay for web, Google Play for Android). Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Purchases made inside the Android app through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's refund policies. You may raise such requests through the Google Play Store in addition to contacting us.

The Complete Report unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring billing to cancel.
