Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vastu Scanner AI ("the app", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Vastu Scanner AI provides AI-generated Vastu Shastra guidance based on images of rooms and floor plans that you capture or upload. The analysis, harmony scores, doshas, and remedies are informational suggestions generated by artificial intelligence. They are not professional, architectural, financial, medical, legal, or religious advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • The Complete Vastu Report for a specific analysis can be unlocked by a one-time payment of ₹9 (INR), or, alternatively and free of charge, by watching a set number of rewarded advertisements.
  • A paid unlock grants access to the Complete Report for the specific analysis it was purchased for. It is not a recurring subscription and does not unlock other or future reports.
  • Payments on the web are processed securely by Razorpay. Payments inside the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not store your full card or payment credentials.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass paid unlocks, tamper with the app, or reverse engineer its systems.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding, and generated content templates are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process those images solely to provide the analysis.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the app's suggestions.

Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
